The individual making a purchase through the website is considered to have accepted these Purchase Terms on behalf of all individuals or business entities listed in the booking form (if different from the purchaser). You assume full responsibility for the goods acquired and acknowledge that you use them at your own risk.

All prices listed on our website and provided in response to your inquiries are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Please note that we may adjust these prices periodically without prior notice. If there are any unintentional errors or omissions in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel any affected sales. Additionally, we do not offer a price matching policy. We regularly review our systems and data to ensure we maintain high standards of service for our customers. Additionally, there are strict legal consequences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data, and we will investigate any such incidents with the intent to prosecute or seek damages from those responsible. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, which means that any information related to our clients is handled with care. While client records are considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties, they may be disclosed to International Antiques & Collectors Fairs if legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request access to their records and copies of any information we hold, provided we receive reasonable notice. We encourage clients to keep copies of any literature related to our services.

payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, and zipPay. Regardless of your payment method, you will receive a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.

return of goods

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or not as described, please get in touch with us right away. We understand that faulty items are unusable and not fit for their intended purpose. Claims for minor defects (like color variations, small cosmetic damage, or missing accessories) that don’t affect usability may not qualify for a full refund or replacement. You might be asked to provide a photo or video of the item for our review. Please note that if an item is disposed of before you contact us, we won’t be able to provide a refund or replacement. For faulty balloons, we recommend checking them thoroughly before inflation and reporting any issues immediately.

delivery details & charges

Please ensure you provide complete and accurate personal details when placing your order with us. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in your delivery information. This includes, but is not limited to, failing to provide a business name for deliveries to business premises, incorrect postcodes or suburbs, and missing unit or level numbers. Such errors may lead to delays or non-delivery of your order, and in these cases, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of goods, nor for shipping charges.

If you do not take delivery of your items, or if your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a refund (excluding original delivery charges and any return costs incurred) or we can resend your order, in which case you will be responsible for the new delivery charges.

delivery times

Orders will be shipped within 24 business hours after we receive cleared payment. Please note that we only ship on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Any delivery dates or times provided upon acceptance of your order are approximate and do not guarantee delivery by that date. Therefore, if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, it will not be grounds for canceling your order or requesting a refund for either the products or shipping costs.

cancellation/modification of order

Once you submit your order, it goes straight into the processing queue. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us right away to see if we can accommodate your request. We’re happy to help where we can, but please understand that once your order has been picked and packed for shipment, changes may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding!

risk in goods

You will assume the risk for the goods once they are delivered to you.
